Christine McCullough
Christine has over 12 years experience as a Career Coach and Development Consultant working with individuals up to director level in both Public and Private Sectors. She has facilitated groups and coached individuals in the areas of Career Transition, Change Management, Management Development, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Managing Stress and has a prized reputation as engaging, approachable and effective. She has been described as highly insightful and can quickly help individuals understand how their values and patterns of behaviours impact on their focus and productivity. Christine is passionate about enabling people to work more effectively and to rapidly implement lasting change, positive transformation and outstanding results. She is a qualified Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP, a Stress Management Consultant and Hypnotherapist.
Jayne Devlin
Jayne is Director of Devlin Consulting and a member of the Institute of Hospitality. Jayne was formerly the General Manager for Amadeus, The NEC Group's outdoor catering division, and has held senior catering positions with Payne & Gunter plus leading four and five star London hotels. With a proven track record working with destination venues and visitor attractions, Jayne's contractual and operational experience can be a valuable asset to your business.
Bob Russell MIH
Bob has worked as an independent consultant and projects manager within the leisure and events business since 1998. He trained at Ealing Hotel School and furthered his career development with Grand Metropolitan, Payne & Gunter and Compass Leisure, holding senior board positions within the latter two. His experience covers most forms of special occasion catering with past responsibilities including RFU Twickenham, The Open Championship and Goodwood Racecourse. Recent assignments have ranged from acting as the clients representative for multi-million pound refurbishments to assisting a small-animal park to tender and appoint a new catering partner.
Bob has known and worked with Jayne Devlin for over 15 years.
James Brown
James is the lead consultant at JFB Marketing. James studied in the UK with the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has over 20 years marketing communication experience in the UK and Ireland. James is a guest lecturer at the University College Birmingham and was formerly a committee member of the Marketing Society and member of the Advantage West Midlands Business Tourism Theme Group. James has held senior positions in marketing and advertising and was previously Head of Marketing for The NEC Group, one of Europe's leading venue management organisations.
