Karen is known for having a keen eye for future talent and for delivering World Class training and development programmes which have helped build great restaurant Brands. I worked with Karen from March 1995 to January 2008 in my capacity as Managing Director of the Restaurant Division and Board Director of Mitchells & Butlers Plc where Karen was our Human Resource Director. It was the first time Karen has worked with teachers but this was not apparent on the programme, she was able to bring in examples and relate the programme to education quite seamlessly. I found Karen to be very organised, flexible and straight talking (which I like!) The course ran smoothly, Karen let it run at an even pace without stifling debate. She made the participants feel at ease which resulted in some very personal disclosures. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Karen to any business.
